Welcome to Shlee Èlan Waxing where beauty meets comfort, peace and professionalism. My name is Ashley Joseph a Licensed Wax Specialist. I specialize in Full Body Waxing. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review my studio policies carefully. By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the following rules: ✦ Appointments & Cancellations • By Appointment Only: I am a private studio and do not accept walk-ins. Please book your session in advance via our official booking link or text(ONLY) [941]883-1941. • Same day appointments may be available text [941]883-1941. • Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation fee. • Cancellation/Reschedule: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Deposits go towards your balance. A follow up text will be sent to remind you to pay your deposit the next day. After text is sent, you have until midnight to pay the deposit or your appointment will be cancelled‼️ ❗️No Extra Guests or Children unless they are being serviced❗️ ✦ Before Your Appointment • Hair Length: Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for effective waxing. • Clean Skin: Please arrive freshly showered, (If menstrual cycle is on, please come with a freshly inserted tampon), with clean product-free skin in the area to be waxed. • Exfoliate Gently: Exfoliate 24-48 hours before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs. • Health Conditions: Please inform us if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, antibiotics, or have had recent chemical peels or sunburns. Cancellation Policy

I get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. I have a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment time at [941]883-1941 as soon as possible to avoid the fee.
